At Totally Virtual I strive to give you the most for your money. I take pride in my work and strive to provide my
clients with the highest quality product, in a timely manner, at a rate that is within their budget. Client's needs differ,
so Totally Virtual offers service options to fit your budget and project.
PRE-PAID
Pay in advance for the hours that you think you will need. You will have 60 days to use the pre-paid time.

- HOURLY (Pay-As-You-Go)
Hourly rates range from $35.
PRE-PAID
Pay in advance for the hours that you think you will need. You will have 60 days to use the pre-paid time.
- ONE-TIME PROJECTS / EVENTS
One time projects and events are quoted based on estimate time required, type and cost of the
project/event. Contact me with specifics for a quote.
- RETAINER
The ideal arrangement would be a retainer agreement. This is the most cost effective and efficient option.
With a retainer package I block out a certain number of hours per month to focus on your projects. This
guarantees that I will be available for your projects.

Totally Virtual Terms & Conditions
 | Work begins upon receipt of signed agreement. |
| A 50% deposit is required to begin all hourly and one-time projects. |
| Hourly projects are billed on 15-minute increments after the initial required one hour minimum. |
| Monthly retainer hours are paid in advance by the first of the month . |
| Late payments will be assessed a fee of 2% per month until invoice is paid in full. |
| Deposits and retainer fees are non-refundable. |
| There is a $30 fee for all returned checks. |
| Rush jobs, requiring less than a 48 hour turn around, will be billed at an increased rate. |
| Additional agreed upon expenses are billed to the client at cost (printing, mileage, special stationery, labels, | |
| name tags, etc.) |
| Totally Virtual strives to provide you with the most professional and accurate results but the client provides | |
| the final proofing and approval of all work. |
| Retainer hours do not roll over from month to month but I will accept additional assignments to fill those | |
| hours. |
| A thirty (30) day notice is required for the cancellation of a retainer package. | |
